Thanks for the great advice. Since, I'm really interested in learning Linux. I'd rather choose Open Source. Great blog by the way. I like the thinkers section. :D

True. It's better to consider the elective itself rather than the schedule. But I know it also can affect my learning curve

I suppose in studies, we are to look for subjects that interest us. This is so, because as the going gets tough, it is the interest in the subject that will pull us through.

I think so too that waiting for 3 hours has its benefits. I can study not only open source but other subjects as well. Or even do my homeworks. Well, I hope I can study at that time of the day. It's the peak hours in which people are very lazy and sleepy. Hehehe.

It's still better to choose based on what the elective is all about rather than the schedule. But I don't really know what those two electives are all about. So I leave it to you to choose wisely. ^^

Think about it this way: those 3 hours can actually be good because it can force you to study before the 3pm class. When you get home, you can then relax. God bless. :D
